The 2025 Junior PanAms Games is ready to feature rugby sevens for the first time this weekend in Asunción, Paraguay. Four men's and four women's sides from the Rugby Americas North region will take on one another as well as opponents from Sudamérica Rugby. Canada and USA both accepted their women's invitations, joined by México and Jamaica, but their men's programs declined – opening up spots for Trinidad & Tobago and Bermuda's men to join Jamaica and México. Pool play will begin Saturday, August 16 with medal rounds on Sunday, August 17.
